This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process
The website has no registration or order forms. We receive data (name, phone number, email, property address and job description) only when you call or email us yourself. The hosting server may technically log IP addresses and browser information for security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract), to meet legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)), and to keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and complete the work; accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not sell data. It may only be shared with service providers (hosting, email), accountants or public authorities where required by law. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address.
6. Your rights
